I’ve explained already that you can despise Trump for other reasons but still defend him on this issue. Why are you so hung up on this when you are clearly defending him ON THIS ISSUE against the OPs charges? Another example of black and white thinking. The point is not whether you personally support Trump but the validity of your arguments. Do I really need to explain this to a scholar like yourself?

This focus on your political beliefs and your confected outrage is just a pointless diversion. It’s not about you. Change the word 'defence' to something else if it means that much to you.

You didn’t mention that the only thing you were concerned about was the legal definition of murder in your original response. Your evidence consisted of events that are open to a much wider debate about accountability. You’ve failed to address my point that it’s disengenous to then try to shut down the argument by claiming you’re only concerned with the use of the word 'murder' after you set the parameters very wide.

I’ve already agreed Trump would not be found guilty of murder in a court of law. Why are you still trying to prove you’re right if this is all you care about?
