The pastor involved claims he was satirizing stickers and t-shirts that say 'I heart hot moms,' and yes these things really exist. While clearly a very bad judgement call it does make more sense in this context. Most groomers are not stupid enough to hand out a sticker that screams 'I'm a pedophile.' Grooming is much more subtle than this and my feeling is this guy genuinely thought people would get the reference and find it funny, but I understand why no one wants their daughters near him.
