Why does it not surprise me that you chose to focus on that part of my post only? Do you really believe that if there was a socialist revolution private property would instantly be confiscated? For practical reasons alone this would be impossible. Its not about 'taking' what you’ve got but building a better society for future generations with free health care, quality education, good jobs, decent housing and protection of the environment. You might be sitting pretty but in case you haven’t noticed millions are living in poverty, and it’s about to get much worse. Your narrow focus on yourself explains why socialism is so frightening and incomprehensible to you. If you think there’s little support for it why are you wasting your time reading and commenting on articles like this?
